At Digital Products, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date — no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date
  • You must provide your order number and the email address used for purchase
  • The request must be submitted to support@qmila.com

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
  • Products that have been substantially used or incorporated into a published project
  • Requests based on “change of mind” after the 14-day window has passed

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@qmila.com with the subject “Refund Request”
  2. Include your order number and the email used for purchase
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
  4. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
